This is about my quitting smoking journey. The roadblocks, successes, and everything in-between. A recipe for change in your mind and life. Do you wish you could quit smoking, or anything else? Well you can. I'm not saying that this will be something that happens the first time, but if you stick with it you will succeed. This is only about how much effort you put into it. I enjoy short and sweet, to the point. That's basically this first of many diaries of how you can do it in similar fashion. Everyone's story is different, but you will have to get the pen out. Very warm and inspiring. As a former smoker, I certainly understand what Greg is talking about. If you are a smoker and considering quitting, this will be an inspiration to you and I strongly encourage you to read it. Greg totally nails it on the attitude. You have to want to do it for yourself.
